    Ironic, Alexander, that Literacy Day falls on the same date as National Ampersand Day, as proper literacy means spelling out “and” rather than jotting a quick “&” …unless of course it’s a law firm! There’s a special reason why September 8 was chosen for Ampersand Day, demonstrated here: http://amperart.com/nationalampersandday/
