Welcome back, Alexander :-) You are so right, the internet offers ways to connect with other people one would never have met without it. There are several virtual worlds apart from the internet: movies, books, games … When I’m tired pictures in a magazine are entries into virtual worlds – but, of course, they all work one way whereas on the internet it’s possible to share ideas.
I’m glad you’ve made it back Alexander.
Martina & Simone,
Thanks for the welcome back :-)
It took my ISP an additional day to really begin working correctly—I did this post, then couldn’t get in to respond…
New ISP on Monday—hope this one holds up till then.
Glad you are back online also. And I share your amazement at the ability to cruise around the world by punching a couple of numbers… and no phone bill. :0
Thanks, Barb—hope to see you on Book Island soon :-)
